UK-based equity fund 3i, which secured a high price for Scandlines, pulled USD 180.2 million out of the ferry operator before selling it.
Equity fund 3i has sold ferry operator Scandlines to a consortium of funds for a total equity value of EUR 1.7 billion. 3i will maintain an ownership stake in the company.
