Oil price increase boosts Norwegian exports in 2018

Norwegian exports rose to close to NOK 1,000 billion in 2018. Exports of oil as well as natural gas played a significant role.

Oil and gas continue to play a significant role in Norway's export of goods, according to numbers from Statistics Norway.

The study shows that Norwegian exports measured in value increased by 16.2 percent in 2018 to a total of NOK 999.8 billion.
