Oil services group TechnicFMC has just landed a contract with Equinor for the Johan Sverdrup field in Norway, discloses Equinor in a press release.

The deal covers the second phase of construction and installation in the subsea production system, as does TechnicFMC, which has previously landed the contract on the first phase of the project. The plan is that the field is started up in November of this year, and it is expected that the production launch for the second phase will take place in Q4 2022.
