Dolphin Drilling has filed for bankruptcy after it was unable to reach agreement with its creditors.

Rig company Dolphin Drilling files for bankruptcy, as the company is unable to agree on a rescue plan with its creditors.

"Regretfully, the creditors of Dolphin Drilling ASA have not been able to agree on the terms for a consensual restructuring," says Dolphin Drilling in a notice to the Oslo Stock Exchange.
