Boskalis acquires Ardent's US business

Ardent sells its US business to Dutch Boskalis. The deal comes after months of persistent rumors of financial problems at the salvage company, which used to be owned by Svitzer.

The US part of salvage company Ardent has been sold to Dutch competitor Boskalis.

In a very short press statement, Boskalis informs that it has acquired Ardent Americas LLC. Boskalis is already present on the US market through its subsidiary Smit Salvage.
