Odfjell Drilling gets large contract for Norway's Sverdrup field

Odfjell Drilling will drill 12 wells in the second phase of Johan Sverdrup's development. Once again, rig Deepsea Atlantic will do the heavy lifting.

Enormous oil field Johan Sverdrup has barely started putting out oil before Norwegian oil firm Equinor moves on to the next stage.

Once again, Odfjell Drilling will handle the drilling efforts, writes Equinor, which has just awarded a contract for 12 well drillings worth USD 150 million.
