Borr Drilling receives warning from New York Stock Exchange

Borr Drilling receives written notice from the New York Stock Exchange after the drilling company's stock dropped below USD 1 in the past month.

Borr Drilling, owned by Tor Olav Trøim, has received written notice from the New York Stock Exchange, as the company's stock is no longer in compliance with the minimum average price.

Over a period of 30 consecutive days, Borr Drilling's share price has fallen below USD 1 per share on average.
