Solstad sells seven ships for scrapping at Norwegian shipyards

Solstad Offshore has sold seven older vessels for scrapping in Norway as part of the company's rescue plan, which involves a divestment of 37 ships.

Norwegian offshore operator Solstad Offshore has sold seven of the company's vessels to be scrapped at Norwegian shipyards Green Yard Feda and Green Yard Kleven.

In a press release, Solstad categorizes the seven vessels as "non-strategic" and "irrelevant for present and future markets".
