Ørsted selects wind carrier Cadeler as supplier for German projects

Earlier this year, wind service operator Cadeler upgraded its two O-class vessels, and now its first post-upgrade assignment is in the bag.

Wind service operator Cadeler, formerly known as Swire Blue Ocean, has had wind in its sails during 2021 and now plots a course for the Baltic Sea, where the carrier has just been selected as preferred supplier to compatriot power company Ørsted's two forthcoming German offshore wind farms, Gode Wind 3 and Borkum Riffgrund 3.
