After four years of losses and crisis conversations, Prosafe believes in "significant improvement" in offshore

Several crisis years with loss after loss have been replaced by a new rescue plan and a strong belief in a markedly improved offshore market for the CEO of the hotel-rig company Prosafe, Jesper K. Andresen. What will happen after 2022, however, is harder to predict, he says.

After four years in a row of losses and lengthy crisis talks with banks and shareholders, Prosafe and the CEO Jesper K. Andresen now dare to believe that things are changing for the better.

Because even though money has been pouring out of the company since 2016, and the total loss reached USD 2.1 billion, the company is now adopting a new direction.
