In the fourth quarter, Prosafe more than doubled utilization of its fleet, and overall, the hotel rig provider enters 2022 with its highest utilization degree since 2015, the company writes in an update to the Euronext Growth exchange in Oslo.
The utilization of Prosafe’s fleet of so-called accommodation rigs, used for housing at offshore facilities, landed at 59.3 percent in Q4 2021, an increase from 25 percent compared to Q4 2020.
