Maersk Drilling CEO says final merger details yet to fall into place

Rig company Maersk Drilling is in the process of settling the final details with US-based Noble prior to their merger. CEO Jørn Madsen tells ShippingWatch about the work still to be done.

Maersk Drilling might have presented its last financial figures as an independent company under the ”Maersk” name carried for so long.

If everything goes as planned, the company is going to merge with US-based drilling firm Noble Corporation mid-year, says Maersk Drilling Chief Executive Jørn Madsen in an interview with ShippingWatch.
