Cadeler lands foundation installation contract for Ørsted's Hornsea 3

Cadeler, which was involved in foundation installations for Hornsea 2 as well, will transport and install offshore wind turbine foundations for the offshore wind farm that is expected to enter operation in 2026.

Danish installation carrier Cadeler has signed a new deal for its F-class vessel, which is designed to install foundations.

The new deal has been made with Ørsted, and according to the plan, Cadeler will install wind turbine foundations for the British offshore wind farm Hornsea 3, writes the carrier in a statement issued Monday.
