Reconstructor has given Dof until 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, to approve a rescue plan – otherwise the offshore carrier faces an insolvency declaration. The board wants rebel shareholders to approve the plan via email.

Dof’s reconstructor has set a deadline at 11 a.m. today, Wednesday, for approval of the offshore wind service operator’s restructuring plan – if not, the company will be declared bankrupt.
