Offshore activity subsiding

The first half of 2014 brought a lower European activity in offshore wind power installations. A total of 781 MW were installed, compared to the installation of 1,045 MW in the same period the year before. This corresponds to a 25 percent decrease, according to the European wind turbine industry's interest group EWEA, reports Bloomberg News.
