Maersk Supply Service to axe 200 employees

Maersk Supply Service, which services the offshore oil sector, is now also announcing employee layoffs. Danish seafarers in particular will be hit by the staff reductions.

Maersk Line is not the only of the conglomerate's carriers to lay off employees. A.P. Moeller-Maersk's offshore carrier Maersk Supply Service, which services the oil industry, is working to reduce its number of employees, informs the carrier in a press release.
