Bourbon has idled 31 vessels in offshore market

The offshore market will continue to trouble players in the oil industry far into 2016, and companies will have to adjust to this. French offshore carrier Bourbon has, like many other carriers in the sector, acted on this fact and has currently idled 31 vessels globally, according to the carrier's third quarter interim report.

The report informs that subcontractors will have to compromise in terms of prices if they want to secure employment of their vessels with oil companies.
