Dennis Tan and his bunker company Petrotec/Tankoil, which back in the day ran away from a debt owed to the OW Bunker subsidiary Dynamic Oil Trading, is now accused of fraud in bunker deliveries in Singapore. The same Dennis Tan was also involved in another case of oil fraud, which however ended in a secret settlement, reports Danish media TV2.

Court files from the High Court in Singapore confirm that Dennis Tan, who had a debt of USD 112.5 million to Dynamic Oil Trading in November 2014 when OW Bunker collapsed, is now in trouble with Gulf Petrochem and faces a claim of USD 12 million.
