Media: Maersk set to keep hold of oil field in Qatar

Maersk Oil is on track to win the lucrative oil contract on the Al-Shaheen field in Qatar once again, according to local media citing anonymous sources, writes Danish newspaper Berlingske Business.

Maersk is on a pleasant path to maintaining the top position for a lucrative oil contract in Qatar.

Anonymous sources tell local media International Oil Star that the conglomerate is leading the race to win the license for the Al-Shaheen field, reports newspaper Berlingske Busniess.
