Havila presents Q3 report after rescue plan approval

Supply carrier Havila Shipping has unsurprisingly presented figures for 2016 which are overwhelmingly worse than last year's results.

Supply carrier Havila Shipping – which has just secured support from bondholders and banks for a financial rescue plan – presented its highly anticipated interim report this Wednesday.

In the first nine months of the year, Havila made aggregate operational earnings of NOK 848.5 million (USD 99.7 million) with an operating result before depreciation of NOK 371.7 million. The deficit before taxes came to NOK 109.9 million, compared to a loss in the same period last year of NOK 66.5 million.
