Port company Terminal Link is investigating the possibility of acquisitions in Brazil.
The firm is a partnership between French container carrier CMA CGM and the world's third largest container carrier, China Merchants Holdings. According to Brazilian newspaper, Valor, Terminal Link has entered an exclusive deal with the Brazilian company Libra with the intention of investigating the opportunities for taking over the port activities from Libra, which has its key business in container terminals in Santos and Rio de Janeiro.
