Media: Indian court rejects DP World complaint in competition case

Several sources tell Reuters that port operator DP World's attempts to block an antitrust case in Mumbai has been declined by a court in India.

An Indian court has declined to stop or slow down an investigation into DP World, which together with Maersk's APM Terminals port business is being probed for competition distorting behavior in the country's second-largest container port in Mumbai, three unnamed sources tell Reuters.

Last week, DP World attempted to block the investigation by the Indian regulator CCI at a court in Mumbai.
