Port of Gothenburg avoids voided container calls

The large number of voided container sailings has yet to impact Scandinavia's largest port in Gothenburg. The port reports an increase in volumes and no voided port calls.

Scandinavia's largest container port in Gothenburg reports "container traffic in full flow" at its terminals, although the coronavirus crisis has led to a significant number of voided sailings in recent months.

The voided sailings have, however, not affected the Swedish port, reveals an update published this week. The port furthermore reports that its volumes increased in the first quarter.
