CMA CGM to acquire one of the largest port terminals in the US

The CMA CGM Group has signed an agreement to buy back a 90 percent stake in the Fenix Marine Services (FMS) terminal in Los Angeles, currently held by EQT Infrastructure. CMA CGM sold the stake to the equity fund in 2017. Updated.

French CMA CGM is set to acquire one of the largest port terminals in the US.

In a press release issued by the shipping and logistics group, CMA CGM informs that it has signed an agreement to acquire a 90 percent stake in the Fenix Marine Services (FMS) terminal in Los Angeles, currently owned by EQT Infrastructure.
