
The Port of Hamburg is headed toward record-high cargo volumes in 2014 if the growth seen in the three previous quarters stays on track for the rest of the year.
With 110 million tons in the first nine months of the year, growth came to 5.7 percent compared to the same period last year, a development mainly driven by containers, at 7.4 million teu - a 6.4 percent improvement.
