
Germany's Gateway to Europe, the Port of Hamburg, handled a total of 70.8 million tons of cargo in the first half of 2015.
This marks a slight setback from the same period last year, and the development is first and foremost attributed to the geopolitical situation in Russia and the slower growth in China, reports Port of Hamburg Marketing in a press release.
