Aegean in billion dollar financing deal with Mercuria Energy

Listed bunker company Aegean Marine Petroleum has entered a memorandum of understanding with Mercuria Energy Group for a billion dollar refinancing and strategic partnership.

Aegean Marine Petroleum, one of the world's biggest bunker companies, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with commodity and energy major Mercuria Energy Group for a corporate refinancing and global strategic partnership.

The agreement will refinance the New York-listed bunker company with USD 1 billion, informs Aegean Marine Petroleum in a press release Thursday.
