"Just because we are looking at Panalpina doesn't mean everything else is stalled"

DSV remains in contact with Panalpina's management regarding a takeover of the Swiss logistics company, says CEO Jens Bjørn Andersen to ShippingWatch. Although the company is currently directing its energies toward Panalpina, other acquisition targets remain interesting.

Although the largest shareholder in Swiss logistics company Panalpina rejected an acquisition offer from DSV earlier this week, the Danish logistics company has not given up.

DSV CEO Jens Bjørn Andersen confirms to ShippingWatch that there is still communication between DSV and Panalpina's management.
