DSV and Panalpina agree on sale

Panalpina's board of directors has agreed to sell to DSV. The latter has been trying to take over the Swiss-based logistics company for several months.

DSV can now buy competitor Panalpina, which the former has been trying to acquire for several months.

This decision comes after Panalpina's board of directors and the majority of the Swiss logistics company's owners decided to accept DSV's offer, both companies inform in a press release Monday morning.
