Supreme: We will retain and develop the entire EMS

“We do not intend to sell any part of the commercial business,” CEO of US-based Supreme, Theo Reichert, tells ShippingWatch. But lay-offs could be on the cards.

With US-based Supreme Group’s acquisition of Norway-based ship supply company EMS Seven Seas, it looks like Wrist Ship Supply will get a run for its money.

The US group intends to keep the entire business and more importantly invest the necessary capital in creating a global market leader by 2017, CEO Theo Reichert, Supreme Group, writes in an e-mail to ShippingWatch following last week’s acquisition.
