Shipping.dk acquires Maersk Broker Agency

"I definitely feel that the two companies are a really good strategic match in every way," says Chairman of Shipping.dk and owner of the USTC group, Torben Østergaard-Nielsen.

Shipping and logistics company Shipping.dk, part of the USTC group, has acquired Maersk Broker Agency. With the acquisition, Shipping.dk expands its position as a major Scandinavian player within agency and stevedoring.
