At his inauguration speech, IBIA chairman Jens Maul Jørgensen did not sugarcoat his criticism of the poor bunker fuel quality being supplied by, among others, his own colleagues.
As such, it was a completely different chairman who this time was able to tell a more positive story when Jens Maul Jørgensen once again held a speech for the almost 1,000 participants at the IBIA's annual dinner on Monday night in London - an event attended by suppliers, traders and marine fuel buyers.
