DNB could lose millions of USD in offshore by 2018

According to a recently conducted stress test, Norwegian bank DNB risks losing around USD 115 million over the next three years. The test is not a loss guide, says DNB

Major losses in the offshore sector could hit DNB, Norway's biggest shipping bank, concludes a recently conducted stress test of the bank's performance.

The stress test is based on the fact that half of both rigs and offshore supply vessels (OSV) will be idled, and that the value of the assets is plummeting.
