Arctic CEO looking to cover entire sector with new broker venture

With financing and advice from John Fredriksen, newly established shipbroker Arctic Shipping Norway will in time cover the purchase and sale of vessels in all segments of the industry, including through partnerships in Asia, CEO Mads Syversen tells ShippingWatch.

"Our goal is to achieve a full market coverage in shipping. This means that we will cover all shipping segments, but we're of course humbly aware of the fact that this will take time," Arctic Securities CEO Mads Syversen tells ShippingWatch.
