Acquisition grows bottom line at Shipping Holding

Shipping Holding, part of Torben Østergaard's USTC group, achieved growth on the bottom line after a major acquisition in the past fiscal year. More acquisitions are in store for the company.

Shipping Holding, based in Danish city Fredericia, booked its best result ever before taxes in the displaced fiscal year from May 1, 2016 to April 30, 2017.

The company, which is part of Torben Østergaard's USTC group, also achieved a growth in revenue, particularly due to the acquisition of Swedish company Transfargo and Danish agency company Rasmus Christensen Eftf., according to the report.
