HSH Nordbank's bondholders make new offer

Several bondholders in HSH Nordbank are now offering to exchange debt for part-ownership of the bank, reports Reuters.

A group of bondholders in HSH Nordbank has offered to swap bond notes for an ownership stake in the company when the state-owned bank is to be privatized, reports Reuters.

"A proposal has been presented to the bank and its owners that allows T1 holders to acquire HSH Nordbank by swapping some of their debt claims for equity in the company," state a group of bondholders, according to Reuters.
