Hempel has dismissed four employees after a legal investigation has linked them to suspected bribery taking place over the past decade and amounting to several million euros. Hempel voices its disappointment in a press release Thursday.
Jotun, which manufactures marine coating, noted improvements in both sales and operations in the first four months of this year. The company expects a strong 2016 in spite of somewhat lower growth throughout the rest of the year.
