Stena Line wants every third leader to be female from next year

Swedish carrier Stena Line wants women to hold 30 percent of leadership positions at all levels of the company by the end of 2022. The carrier is working on four intitiatives.

Swedish carrier Stena Line wants to see 30 percent of management positions be occupied by women during the course of next year.

The plan was announced on the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8, and Stena plans to work on four initiatives.
