Dee4 Capital orders new tankers with JV-partners

Dee4 Capital Partners, led by former Norden and BW Group CEO Carsten Mortensen, has ordered three product tankers from a South Korean shipyard with a new joint venture partner. In total, the order amounts to USD 175 million.

Dee4 Capital Partners, established by international shipping veteran Carsten Mortensen, among others, has ordered three more MR product tankers from a South Korean shipyard with new joint venture partner.

The three new MR product tankers are expected to be delivered from Hyundai Mipo Dockyard, HMD, during the first half of 2022, confirms Carsten Mortensen, founding partner of Dee4 Capital and former CEO of Norden and Singapore-based BW Group, in a comment to ShippingWatch.
