MSC and Nordic shipowners endorse carbon levy but do not set price

MSC and CEO Søren Toft now join the field of shipowners and shipping associations that support a CO2 tax in the effort to reduce harmful emissionss in shipping, according to a statement from MSC on Friday.

However, the container carrier does not set a specific amount on the carbon levy.
