Scorpio Tankers CEO on soaring rates: "The party hasn't started yet"
The extreme tanker market hasn’t peaked yet, says Scorpio Tankers CEO Robert Bugbee. The carrier has reached rates of up to USD 98,000 a day, it was revealed at the Marine Money conference in New York.
