Major shareholder got his new Maersk board in place despite criticism

Former CEO of Adidas Kasper Rørsted was elected for Maersk’s board despite criticism of an ”error” on his resumé. Chair Robert Mærsk Uggla is certain of the decision.

Robert Mærsk Uggla, chair of the Maersk group and CEO of A.P. Moller Holding, was able to gather Maersk’s new executive board in spite of criticism from multiple shareholders.
