Dan-Bunkering Ltd. opens in the U.S.

The global bunker trading company, A/S Dan-Bunkering Ltd., is about to expand with an office in Houston (Texas) USA.

The Danish owned company already has offices in Denmark, China, Russia, Singapore, and Monaco, but has now also chosen to open an office in Houston in order to provide an even better service to the customers in North- and South America.

Hans Lind Dollerup, who has been an employee at Dan-Bunkering for 10 years, has been named Managing Director and will head the new office, expected to open mid 2012.

Hans Lind Dollerup began working for Dan-Bunkering in Middelfart back in 2002, which gives him a thorough knowledge of the bunker business. In addition to this, he has the necessary experience for starting up a new office, as he has been stationed at the Dan-Bunkering Monaco office since its upstart last year, says Dan-Bunkering.

“We are convinced that we will be able to build a strong and successful team with Hans at the helm, and we expect to begin new recruitments in the near future, to get a mix of local and international traders at the newest office in the Dan-Bunkering group,” says CEO/Executive Vice president Henrik Zederkof.
