”Leaders must possess emotional intelligence”

For 11 years she has been ensuring the quality education of leaders for the shipping industry. She – Irene Rosberg, head of Blue MBA – is a leader herself, with many thoughts on the management and future of the shipping industry.

PORTRAIT. It was something special. That was how Irene Rosberg – head of Blue MBA at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) – felt when Blue MBA was recently awarded the Maritime Award, presented by the Danish Minister for Business and growth, Ole Sohn.

“No doubt that was the biggest professional moment for me. It was a major recognition by the industry of the work we are doing, and for me personally it was the biggest possible honor,” says Irene Rosberg.
