The Danish shipping company H. Folmer & Co. has sent a ship to Bahrain transporting weapons to the kingdom even though the official Denmark condemns the regime for maltreating the hunger striking Dane al-Khawaja. A professor classifies it as double standards but that is refused by the Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs according to the Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet.

It is the ship Danica Brown which is transporting a shipment of rocket engines to the kingdom in the Persian Gulf. The ship departed from the United States in the end of April and before arriving in Bahrain, it will have delivered weapons and war materials to e.g. Italy, Oman and the United Arab Emirates.
