Copenhagen and Helsingborg reveal ambitious joint venture plans

The two great ports of the Sound are looking into a possible close cooperation due to the tough competition in the entire Baltic region.

Copenhagen Malmö Port and Helsingborg are examining the possibility of establishing a joint company. The board has signed a letter of intent with a view to creating a new strong port actor in the entire Sound region.

“We can confirm that the commercial conditions for a possible joint venture are excellent at the moment.
