The G6 alliance has created increased reliability for the customers of the alliance – at least if they were previously customers of the Grand Alliance. So writes Seaintel in the Sunday Spotlight in which the analyst firm has examined the travel time reliability for the alliance between Asia and Europe as well as the Mediterranean.

Seaintel estimates that customers from the New World Alliance were worried, in the run-up to the cooperation between the two alliances, that they would receive a service level worse than what they were used to, seeing as Grand Alliance would operate certain services. According to Seaintel, this has not been the reality of the G6 alliance.
