There are zero prospects of a game changer anytime soon for bulk shipping companies such as Norden and Lauritzen, according to one of the leading analysts in bulk shipping, Greek Intermodal Research and Valuation.

Senior Research Analyst, George Lazaridis, tells ShippingWatch that the next year will be tough for everyone, and that the shipping companies will do their best to make it through alive. Customers will no longer accept high rates for expiring contracts, and the spot market is at its lowest and will – according to George Lazaridis – continue to drop over the next 12 months.
