New DFDS contracts with two leading logistics companies

DFDS has signed contracts with two logistics companies resulting in a volume growth of seven percent on the two routes between the Netherlands and Great Britain.

DFDS has signed new contracts with two leading Continental logistics providers with effect from 2012, the company says in a press release.

The new contracts are expected to add around 260,000 lanemetres of freight annually to DFDS’ two routes out of Vlaardingen (Rotterdam) to Felixstowe and Immingham respectively. The new contracts correspond to a yearly volume increase of approximately seven percent on the two routes.
