Subsea 7 secures historical Norwegian contract

Norwegian offshore company Subsea 7 has signed a so-called SURF contract with Total E&P Norge, worth USD 800 million, the largest contract ever awarded on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, says the company.

Subsea 7 has secured a subsea, umbilical riser and flowline (SURF) contract for USD 800 million from Total E&P Norge, for developing the Martin Linge gas field in the North Sea.
